The first 3 sessions will focus on the basics of the game: batting, fielding, and throwing using
stations and individual instruction. The last session will feature a day of fun including game play.

The Grand Slam Therapeutic Softball Camp is designed for childrent with intellectual and developmental disabiliteis
who would like to become more physically active or experience team play. It will be led by high school softball players
and volunteers in association with Memorial Ashford Girls Softball Association (MAGSA). The goal of the camp is to introduce
softball to a new audience and provide an opportunity for exercise and socialization.

The MAGSA softball fields are located at 12975 Westhill Lane, Houston, TX 77077.

All campers must be accompanied by a parent or guardian (no drop-offs). A waiver will be required.

Registrations will be accepted the first day of camp but we recommend you register early since space is limited.

It is being conducted in association with Memorial Girls Softball Association.
